-
Work may be submitted at any stage from leather hard to bone dry.
-
Any pieces that arrive broken will not be fired unless you include a note specifically requesting that they be fired.

One glaze firing to Cone 5.

Glazing Requirements
-
Customers are responsible for glazing their own work unless other arrangements have been made.

-
Pieces with glaze on the bottom may be rejected or may incur additional kiln shelf repair charges.

Tallahassee Clay Supply reserves the right to refuse any work that appears likely to damage kiln shelves, kiln furniture, or other customers' work.
Important Notes
-
The fee covers one bisque firing and one glaze firing of a box up to 12" x 12" x 6" high. Partially filled boxes are charged at the full box rate.

Work will be bisque fired to Cone 05 and glaze fired to Cone 5.
-
Tallahassee Clay Supply is not responsible for damage resulting from moisture, trapped air, hidden cracks, improper glaze application, glaze running, incompatible clay and glaze combinations, firing defects, or other issues inherent to the work itself.

Customers are financially responsible for damage to kiln shelves caused by glaze on the bottom of submitted work.
-
Finished work will be available for pickup after the glaze firing cycle is complete and the kiln has cooled.
-
Finished work must be picked up within 30 days of notification. Work left beyond this period may be subject to storage fees or considered abandoned.
